The location was convenient and I could walk to restaurants. It was near everything I needed (I guess that's a plus).
The room lacked a phone. I had to walk to the front desk if I needed something. This walk was not short (especially with flip-flops). It was inconvenient since none of the rooms had phones.

The location is convenient to visit nearby places. I found it easy to access dining and shopping areas. The hotel has a nice beach club with good music. Rooms were quite spacious and the mattress felt comfortable.
The music from the DJ was loud until late at night. Soundproofing in the rooms is not good. The shower caused flooding in the bathroom and water pressure was low.

a mixed bag of sun and sound
relentless noiseindifferent staff
the room was not a peaceful sanctuary , thanks to the relentless noise. music blasted until the early hours , supposedly after quiet hours were in effect. staff seemed indifferent to requests for assistance , or maybe they just enjoyed the party more. this hotel really needs to decide if it's a hotel , or just a permanently loud discotheque. i found the constant music pretty tiring.

Fantastic Stay on Chaweng Beach

I found the location convenient. It is steps from the beach and a short walk to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating and addressed all requests promptly. The pools were clean and well-kept. I enjoyed the swim-up bar. Beach towels were readily available each day (which was a nice bonus).
The absence of a telephone in the room was slightly inconvenient. I needed to walk to the front desk for inquiries.

The staff members were attentive and helpful, providing quick responses to any needs or inquiries. I saw them assist with luggage, directions, and also general information about local attractions. they gave a good level of service.

The bar offered a wide selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day and late into the night. There were various cocktails and local beers to choose from. some international options (especially the pancakes!). I really appreciated that.

My room included comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a private balcony overlooking the beach. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub and came with complimentary toiletries. The room was cleaned thoroughly daily.

The hotel had multiple swimming pools, a beach bar, and direct access to the beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were available around the pools, and I also appreciated the towel service. The beach area was clean and well kept.
